I decided to spend the whole of the next day in the British Museum. They have over 8 million things in the collection, Many of the Archeological sites I have been to , the good bits were packed up and sent here. They have a dozen rooms of Egyptian stuff, Mummies galore  and history of England.

The door’s open at 10, but you can get into position by 9 am, so at 10.00 I rush the first exihipt with a few dozen people. There is is the Rosette Stone. in the center of hundreds of Egyptian statutes

By 5:30, closing time, I had walked thorough  a hundred rooms , 7 hours , my eyes were glazed over
